SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. 

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation 

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed. Tracking will be sent once order has shipped.  

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Olive Decor and More is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are final and non refundable.


We carefully inspect each item before shipping it out to you. However, we ask that you please check your order within three days from the day of delivery to be sure it is the item ordered and is free of damage. After the three days we are no longer responsible for any defects or damages. Please contact us immediately via email or Instagram, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide photos along with your message or email.
