  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order: Please visit our Shop tab on the menu of our site Send us an Instagram DM of the product you are interested in

    You can contact us by sending an email to olivedecorandmore1@gmail.com or reaching out to us on instagram for a quick response.
  • How long does processing time take before my order is shipped?
    Processing time will take 1-2 business days from the moment your order is received.
  • Will I receive tracking information?
    Tracking will be provided to you once your order has been shipped to the email that was provided to us.
  • What if I am local?
    If you live in the Milwaukee area we will gladly drop off your order. We have set days throughout the week where we deliver orders to the Milwaukee area as well as the southside of Chicago. Please reach out to us to see if you are in the Chicago area that we deliver to.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit/debit card payments as well as Apple pay.
  • Can I return or exchange?

  • How do I inflate the inflatables I purchased?
    Our inflatables are super easy to inflate and come with everything you need. Just simply plug into an outlet and press the button. We have a short video on our Instagram page displaying how easy it is to inflate. Click here to view our Instagram page.
